Carmen Barbosa

Carmen Barbosa passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 80.  She was born on August 25, 1943 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She was one of fourteen siblings. Carmen moved from Puerto Rico to New Jersey in 1958. As a woman of God she always kept a loving heart and strong faith in the lord Jesus Christ. She loved her family endlessly. She prayed for everyone through the good times and bad.  She was extremely generous and will always be remembered. She is survived by her daughter Martha Lugardo and her husband Angel, her grandson Marcos Lugardo, her granddaughter Anjelica Lugardo and her great-granddaughter Leila Lugardo. She is also survived by her son Daniel Torres and living siblings. Carmen is predeceased by her husband Luis Fuentes, her son Robert Rivera and her parents Ernesto Nazario and Felipa Barbosa.

Family and friends are invited to the visitation on Monday, March 18, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Funeral, Tuesday, March 19, at 9:00 a.m.

Interment to follow at Holy Cross, Cemetery at North Arlington, NJ.
